How does daily jogging affect human body?

Any jogging is a mild stress, and it is not bad: stress mobilizes the body in small doses, RIA Novosti writes.
How does daily jogging affect human body?

The first changes that a person will feel when engaged in jogging are a surge of vigor, endorphins. Efficiency will increase, and this applies to both intellectual and manual workers. Memory, sleep, endocrine profile and nervous system as a whole will be improved.

Running will positively affect all body systems as in immune, visual, auditory, and endocrine. It is useful for the digestive process as well being a natural massage for the gastrointestinal tract; it starts the intestines, cleanses the liver.

Joints and ligaments begin to adapt to running immediately during regular exercises, literally in the first week. The muscles get tension and become toned.

“The body adapts to muscle loading quickly,” says Eugeny Kadlubinskiy, a sports medicine and rehabilitation doctor. - The body is saturated with oxygen. The running affects blood circulation, large and small vessel, capillaries functioning; blood delivers oxygen to the most remote parts of our body. If you start running every day, your blood pressure will normalize most likely in ten days.”

What will happen in a month?

All these processes will become more pronounced a month later. “In the first ten days a good mood lasts three hours, later you will notice that it accompanies you throughout the day,” the doctor says. – In case there is an excess weight, it will naturally decrease by two to three kilograms, at the expense of water and fat volume, not muscles.” Thus, jogging provides body detoxification.
