How to distinguish trainings from internet marketing fraudsters’ events

Watching glamorous photos on Instagram, some people fall for the tricks of manipulators and pay money for “magical activities.” Internet marketing fraudsters are people selling products (books, courses, trainings, checklists) that have no value. Most often, these are well-known bloggers on social networks who call themselves coaches or information businessmen.
How to distinguish trainings from internet marketing fraudsters’ events

Signs of false training

A coach does not have special education and does not confirm their knowledge with genuine diplomas and certificates. Instead, people see information from non-existent educational institutions. Their popularity on the Internet says nothing about their level of expertise. Courses from an ordinary psychologist or financial expert often turn out to be much more useful than those from a famous blogger. Ask to publish their diploma, make inquiries about the educational institution, and don’t take even very nice people’s word for it.

The main thing for internet fraudsters is to make money here and now, so their activities are often accompanied by scandals. Professionals protect their reputation and are scrupulous in public space. Any web search engine can tell you much more about a coach when purchasing training than a pretty picture. If you are being touted with the phrases “You will learn to live in peace with the Universe”, “You will understand how to negotiate with money”, “I will tell you how not to grow old”, “Earn money quickly without investments”, you are dealing with a false coach.

Real experts always publish the training program. Their knowledge is based on fundamental education and personal experience, so they do not hide their plan for working with the audience. Professionals promise to provide skills for a good result but do not guarantee the result itself.

Coaches move along a certain trajectory: they cannot talk about fabulous earnings today, about coronavirus tomorrow, and about a new bar in the city center the day after tomorrow. People deeply immersed in a certain topic are most likely to write about it. Besides, they easily share knowledge. If the blog author avoids answering questions on the topic or promises to tell everything in courses, make your conclusions.

Bragging is another sign of internet marketing fraudsters. Billionaires and mothers of happy families do not shout about money and “husband’s winnings” on every street corner. Everyone already knows about their financial and social status. If a person deliberately demonstrates something, most likely you are being misled or you are dealing with a psychologically unstable person.
