According to expert, after a heavy meal, along with the feeling of hunger, “lightness” also goes away. Therefore, as lunch on a summer day, the doctor recommends choosing boiled poultry, lean meat, lean fish, dairy products, vegetables, herbs, a small amount of berries as a dessert.

The endocrinologist urged to give up fatty meat, milk, pastries, sweets, smoked meats and fatty foods. Cold food, according to expert, is also not very healthy; she recommends eating, for example, okroshka or kvass at room temperature.
