“As a result of reorganization, in accordance with the norms of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the rights and obligations of LIC Centras Kommesk Life will be transferred to LIC Kommesk-Omir with reference to the deed of transfer,” the regulator’s press service informed in the statement.
LIC Kommesk-Omir is part of the Centras group. The insurer was founded on November 19, 1991. The Centras Group began operating in 2003. The group also includes the insurance company Centras Insurance, brokerage and management company Centras Securities, network of medical clinics SOS Medical Assistance, as well as mutual and equity investment funds, real estate funds.
