LIC Eurasia is a relatively young participant in the life insurance market, however, the company has managed to find its client and take a strong position in four years. “The main challenge for me is to bring the company to leading positions, both in terms of clientele growth and financial performance. For this, we have all the possibilities, including a stock of equity capital at the level of 30 billion tenge, as well as significant experience and competence of the parent structure represented by IC Eurasia,” noted Oksana Radchenko, commenting on her appointment.
LIC Eurasia will significantly expand the line of insurance products, and as for the client interaction, the focus will be on digitization of service channels and all internal processes.
