“With the mass employment and entrepreneurship support program, we would like to try to accept early commitments from you regarding moving of the compulsory social health insurance (CSHI) for one year and we want to start it in 2019 instead of 2020”, as was applied with the proposal by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerbolat Dossayev.
