The company explained that due to voluntary reorganization of JSC Kazkommertsbank in the form of merger into JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan on July 28, 2018, a transfer certificate was signed between the banks as of July 27, 2018.
“The said transfer act is a legal confirmation of the transfer of all property, rights and obligations of JSC Kazkommertsbank in the framework of its merger to JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan,” says the JSC Kazkommerts-Life website. As a result of this act signing, the JSC Kazkommertsbank shares in respect of subsidiaries were transferred to JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan.
Thus, as of July 28, 2018 JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan became a shareholder of JSC Kazkommerts-Life.
