The decision on readjustment was made on August 13, 2018 at a meeting of the Board of Directors of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, as reported by our publication.
"We would like to inform that as a result of readjustment, all obligations of Kazkommerts-Life JSC on the execution of concluded insurance contracts and other agreements will be transferred in succession to JSC Halyk-Life, located at the address of Almaty, 109A Abay Ave.," reported simultaneously on the websites of both companies: halyklife.kz and kklife.kz. “Thanks to the reorganization of companies in the form of a merger, Halyk-Life JSC will become the largest company on the life insurance market in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
