Let us remind you that the decision to issue a permit for the voluntary reorganization of Kazkommerts-Life JSC in the form of merger with Halyk-Life JSC was made by the National Bank of Kazakhstan on September 27 of this year.
Earlier, on July 29, 2018, a transaction on writing off and crediting of shares of Kazkommerts-Life JSC in the personal account of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC was registered in the system of the Integrated Securities Registrar JSC, as a result of which Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC became the sole shareholder of Kazkommerts-Life JSC.
On August 13, 2018 at the Board meeting of Halyk Bank Kazakhstan JSC, the decision on the voluntary reorganization of Halyk-Life JSC and Kazkommerts-Life JSC in the form of merging Kazkommerts-Life JSC to Halyk-Life JSC was made.
