At the general shareholders meeting, the decision to transfer the insurance portfolio on compulsory insurance of an employee against accidents in the performance of his labor duties was also approved. “The Action Plan for the transfer of this insurance portfolio by January 1, 2023 was approved,” the document specifies.
The company's shareholders authorized the board of directors to make a decision “on choosing the insurer-purchaser to whom the insurance portfolio is to be transferred,” the KASE report says.
