By the Order No. 240 dated October 29, 2018 of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Eurasia Insurance Company JSC was given permission to create Eurasia Life Insurance Company JSC, according to the website of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
The Chairman of the Board of Eurasia IC is Boris Umanov. The majority shareholder of Eurasia IC JSC is Eurasian Financial Company JSC.
