The study also showed that Americans expected life insurance companies to take a more proactive stance. Approximately 68% of respondents said that if insurers encouraged their healthy lifestyle, they would spend more time on fitness and proper nutrition. According to the study, millennials (53%) are surprisingly ready to change more than others, as people of this age group rarely buy life insurance policies.
Experts are confident that insurance companies’ change in approach to work may lead to long-term changes in the nation’s lifestyle.
