The share of the total collected premiums on voluntary personal insurance has increased over the year from 9.2% to 10.2%. The volume of insurance benefits in the sector has grown by 70.9% over the year and amounted to 1.3 billion tenge in January-August 2020. The share of voluntary personal insurance increased from 2.7% to 4.4%.
Eurasia is leading in terms of insurance payouts in the sector: 478.8 million tenge, which is 11 times more than in January-August 2019. LIC Halyk Life is the second. The top three is closed by LIC NOMAD Life with 221.4 million tenge, 17.2% less than a year earlier.
