Gambling organizations were obliged to provide information about the client if the winnings were more than 15 thousand or the player purchased chips. Thus, according to the amendments, the full name, passport data or IIN will be indicated in the check.
Such requirements will facilitate the work of tax service, which will be able to calculate personal income tax taking into account the winnings in the casino. Let us note that as of January 1, 2020, the personal income tax base will be determined as the difference between the winnings and funds spent in the gambling hall.
