The decision to pay dividends was made by the sole shareholder of JSC "LIC “GAK" (order by the Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2018 No. 148).
The dividend per ordinary share is 141 (one hundred forty-one) Tenge 45 Tiyn.
The starting date, procedure and form of payment of dividends is within ten calendar days from the date of signing the order by transfer in the amount of 503,591,619.48 (Five hundred and three million five hundred ninety one thousand six hundred nineteen) Tenge 48 Tiyn in profit of the Republic’s budget.
