Dzholdasbekov A. M., the member of the Board of Directors, Independent Director of Halyk Bank Subsidiary Halyk-Life LIC JSC (Minutes No. 58/CO dated 09.10.2018);

Yerdesov A.D., the Chairman of the Board of Asia Life LIC JSC (minutes No. 61/СО/Т dated 10.10.2018);

Mazhenova B.M., the member of the Board of Directors, Independent Director of Halyk Bank Subsidiary Halyk-Life LIC JSC (Minutes No. 64/CO dated 10.26.2018);

Akazhanov A.A., the member of the Board of State Annuity Company LIC JSC (JSC GAK) (Minutes No. 66/SO dated 10.29.2018).
