Analysts at HeadHunter note the increase of 37.2% in the number of placed offers from employers in the insurance sector in August 2018. Along with the increase of published vacancies, the number of job seekers' resumes also increases, which leads the competition on the market.
By HedHunter index the deficit indicator in the market has increased to 3.2 in August 2018, which is twice as much as in June this year and 4.6 times more than in the same period previous year.
Insurance is one of the most dynamically developing branches of the modern economy. With the increase in demand for insurance services in the market and the emergence of new types of insurance in insurance companies, the demand for personnel is growing, which is necessary both to expand and ensure business continuity, and to formulate a strategy for the further development of the company as a whole.
13 specializations out of 17 are in the green zone (pic), 3 specializations are in the yellow zone, with 4 people for each vacancy; the HeadHunter index level for specialization "Area Manager" is 8, which means high competition among job seekers.
Social-demographic portrait of the candidate
The social-demographic portrait of the applicant in the professional field of "Insurance" is as follows: the majority of applicants are male (63.1%), women make up 38.7% of the total number of active job seekers.
As for candidates’ age characteristics, according to the hh.kz portal, the epicenter of the target group in insurance combines two age categories: from 22 to 35 years old, where the largest segment is represented by applicants aged 26 to 35 years, 47.5% all active job seekers.

The level of salary expectations of candidates in insurance for the period of 2017-2018 has not undergone drastic changes.
