You and money – who works for whom?

Sometimes making money turns into a goal, either due to a person’s beliefs or because the lack of savings or passive income coupled with a large number of expenses and obligations does not allow a person to break out of the race for earnings, change jobs, or reconsider the priorities.
You and money – who works for whom?

Avoid small loans and microloans

Learn to plan your finances so that expenses do not exceed income. In a difficult situation, it is better to borrow from friends or relatives than from a microloan organization. The interest that accrues while you are in the position of a debtor can drive you into an even greater debt hole.

10% rule

The whole world knows about this basic economic rule, but does everyone use it? The rule is simple and should become automatic: if you want to manage your money wisely, you need to save 10% of any income. Even if it seems you earn little and there is simply nothing to save, just start and look at this amount in a year.

Financial cushion

These are funds that are accumulated in case of unforeseen circumstances. The amount should be equal to at least three monthly salaries, and ideally six.

Create additional sources of income

Another crucial money rule is to create assets. Assets in this context are sources of permanent passive income. The more such sources you have, the greater the cash flow they will generate.
