Transfers to insurance organizations from pension payments in Kazakhstan reached 25.2 billion tenge

This is more than for 11 months of 2018 (22.2 billion tenge), finprom.kz reports, and the amount increased by more than 3.5 times compared to the same period last year.
Transfers to insurance organizations from pension payments in Kazakhstan reached 25.2 billion tenge

According to finprom.kz, as of end of May, 2019, the pension savings in the UAPF have reached 9.9 trillion tenge increasing by 19.8% over the year. As a comparison: in the same period a year earlier, the amount of savings was equal to 8.3 trillion tenge, and the growth was 18.1%. Over the past five years, pension savings in the corresponding period has increased on average by 19.6% per year.

Upward trend is observed in all types of savings. The amount of compulsory pension contributions has increased by 19.5% over the year, the growth of mandatory professional pension contributions is 33.2%, and voluntary pension contributions have increased by 6.1%.

Pension payments have also increased making up 93.4 billion tenge as of January-May current year, the annual increase is 1.7%.
