The mentioned Transfer Deed is a legal registration of the fact of transfer of all property, rights and obligations of Kazkommerts-Life JSC to Halyk-Life JSC as part of the voluntary reorganization of Kazkommerts-Life JSC and Halyk-Life JSC in the form of a merger of Kazkommerts-Life JSC to Halyk-Life JSC, said the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange with reference to Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan.
In accordance with the decisions of the shareholders, 1,732,762 common shares of Halyk-Life JSC were placed among the shareholders of Kazkommerts-Life JSC in exchange for common shares of Kazkommerts-Life JSC.
Thus, the process of transferring all property, all rights and obligations of Kazkommerts-Life JSC to Halyk-Life JSC has been completed.
