It is also reported on the National Bank official website that JSC Insurance Company Kommesk-Omir received consent to acquire the status of insurance holding JSC Life Insurance Company Centras Kommesk Life by the “Board Decision of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 245” dated December 23, 2019.
Let us note that Kommesk-Omir Insurance Company is a part of Centras Group. The insurer was founded on November 19, 1991.
The Centras group was formed in 2003. The group also includes the insurance company Centras Insurance, brokerage and management company Centras Securities, network of medical clinics SOS Medical Assistance, as well as mutual and joint-stock investment funds, and real estate funds.
