According to respondents, the demand for completely new professions will be on the labor market in the next 5-10 years, since the work of neural networks and AI must be under control and constant improvement.
“Life insurance advisor is one of those professions that is not being replaced, but is being complemented by modern technology. Only a person can help understand the value of a product for the well-being of a family; technology allows simplify the dialogue with the client and make it more convenient. According to the ARIA, as of the 1st HY 2023, there are 1.7 million existing endowment life insurance contracts in our country (which is just over 1% of Russian population). In other countries, this figure reaches 80-90%, so the interest in profession of life insurance consultants in our country is expected to only grow,” commented Oleg Kisselev, CEO of Renaissance Life Insurance Company.
