Banana is another issue: on the one hand, the fruit has a lot of carbohydrates that quickly increase the level of glucose in the blood (which is bad), on the other hand, it contains a lot of potassium (which is good). Therefore, try to eat a small amount of bananas. In terms of fruits, try to take ones grown in central Russia, they are the most useful."
Also, sea fish, especially from the northern seas, are very useful for the heart and blood vessels. It is recommended at least two to three times a week, ideally five to six times.
