In 2011, a woman received her own death certificate by bribing a doctor and officials. Sima Harbai's children received payments from two insurance companies in the amount of $1.5 million. Auditors of one of the insurers turned onto documents that they thought were suspicious. The investigation was launched. The woman is currently detained.
