In accordance with the instructions of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tamara Duisenova to strengthen work in this direction, state labor inspectors of the regions sent more than 125 thousand notifications to employers about the need to comply with labor legislation requirements. The absence of relevant agreements will be the basis for the automatic inclusion of these enterprises in the preventive control lists for conducting appropriate inspections.
According to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the employer is obliged to insure the employee against accidents in the performance of their labor duties.
