Better to eat well in advance

It is better not to come very hungry to a picnic or feast. It increases the risk of overeating, which leads to heaviness in the stomach.

What and how to eat

There are usually a lot of protein products on the festive table: poultry, meat, and fish. Mixing different proteins can lead to stomach heaviness and feeling sick. In order to avoid this, it is better to choose one hot dish.

It is recommended to eat no more than one serving (300 g) of meat (including barbecue) at a time. More vegetables should be added to it, but it is better to limit the consumption of starchy foods (for example, potatoes). It is also better not to abuse sauces especially purchased ones.

In order not to overeat, you need to carefully and slowly chew.
