We have systematized recipes for weight loss and vitality: no fatty and high-calorie foods preferring Mediterranean cuisine (it is not as expensive as it seems). No snacks on the run but slow food, then there won't be overeating. Breakfast, branch, lunch and dinner should be right on time, and no snacks between meals. Eating in front of a computer or TV is a right track to obesity and disease. In addition, no matter how trite it sounds, it is not good to eat at night. And one should finish the meal with a slight feeling of hunger.
The best morning breakfast is oatmeal and fruits (apples and bananas) and some fermented milk products. As for lunch, one should mind the acid-base balance. Excessive consumption of black tea, sweets, flour, cereals, eggs and meat interferes with its observance. To achieve this very balance, one needs celery, beets, carrots, seaweed and kale.
It is also possible to lose weight with chips but not fried in oil. It is better to cook chips "a la naturel": cut the potatoes, spread them in a thin layer on a baking sheet and place in the oven, it will get brown and dry there. You can also make baked chips from fruits and vegetables: bananas, kiwi, apples, pumpkins, or carrots. If you follow these simple rules and have regular outdoor walks for at least 40 minutes, the excess weight will go away and your mood will be excellent!
