There is a perception that feeling unwell in the spring can be a sign of vitamin deficiency. However,
according to the doctor, lack of vitamins leads to specific diseases, such as scurvy or night blindness, which require filling the deficit. However, multivitamins are unlikely to work in getting rid of spring weakness.
“If a person develops symptoms of vitamin deficiency, he surely needs to get vitamins from the outside. But if you have some kind of weakness, it is wrong to think that multivitamins will help, they will not
improve your condition in any way,” Philipp Kuzmenko believes.
The doctor also noted that overfatigue associated, for example, with the situation around the COVID-19 can be the cause of weakness, but the spring sun should change everything for the better. “People are tired; there is a kind of nervous breakdown. I believe that everything will change a little, the colors will become brighter, mood will improve, and people will be gradually able to return to their normal lifestyle with the arrival of warm weather,” Kuzmenko said.
